Surface treatment of structures

For the surface treatment of our metal structures, we clearly choose powder coating (komaxit), which we consider the best solution in terms of quality, durability, and long service life. This modern finishing technology meets strict environmental protection standards and is environmentally friendly.

The powder coating process begins with thorough cleaning and preparation of the metal surface. The powder paint is then applied using a spray gun in an electrostatic field, where the powder particles become electrically charged and evenly adhere to the grounded metal structure. After application, the product is cured in an oven, where the powder melts, hardens, and firmly bonds to the surface. The result is a smooth, compact, and highly durable coating that protects the metal against weather conditions, corrosion, and mechanical damage.

Our metal products are coated in a trusted nearby powder-coating facility, with which we have many years of excellent cooperation. This long-term partnership allows us to consistently ensure a high-quality finish for every product.

Upon prior agreement, we can also arrange other RAL color shades according to your preferences. Due to the increased technological demands, these custom color options are subject to an additional charge of CZK 1,089 including VAT per color.
